Why doesn't the [BL1 Start] column data match the [Start] column data when the Baseline is set to "Current Project"

When the Baseline is set to "Current Project", you might notice that activities with actual dates are not getting the right baseline.

Here is the solution:

1. Open Project Management Application, Click [Admin] menu, then select [Admin prreferences...].

2. Click the [Earned Value] tab on the left side.  Notice the [Earned value calculation] section at the bottom. Select [At Completion values with current dates] in the dropbox, and click [Close] to return.

3. Recreate or update your baselines again using [Maintain Baselines] function, you will see both [Start] and [BL 1 Start] will now have the same value.
