Support
CPM Consultative Support Services provide reliable and authoritative product support for businesses using the Oracle-Primavera P6 EPPM suite. This new service gives customers a central point of contact when dealing with functional or technical problems and is provided by certified Oracle-Primavera P6 consultants.
As well as providing support for both end-users and system administrators, Consultative Support Services also allows customers to request ad-hoc training sessions as required. Often delivered by phone or virtual web conference, these sessions can be used to deliver quick and focused training on-demand.
