CPM unveils 3 new courses to meet customer needs

CPM is extending the breadth of its training courses by adding Gordon Fritsch & Associates as an Alliance partner.  Gordon and his colleagues will start conducting three courses in CPM’s training centres early in the Fall.  These courses are:
 
Course CPM910 - Project Management Fundamentals covers the key concepts that serve as the foundation of project management. You will learn the seven step project management process. By analyzing a typical project management lifecycle model, you will see how projects evolve and the project's scope, schedule and cost are defined and developed.

Course CPM920 - Project Controls and Change Management is a must for any new or seasoned project manager, planner or scheduler.  Managing change is vital for any project’s success.  You will learn the key elements of a project control system as well as how to master scope control, track changes and define reporting mechanisms.

Course CPM950 - Microsoft Sharepoint for Project Professionals is ideal for project managers, project support personnel, project coordinators and administrators.  In today's fast-paced world, having access to key project data and sharing that information with your project team has become essential.  Microsoft SharePoint is a powerful tool that can be easily implemented to help project personnel manage team communications and documentation, and control risks, issues and changes.
