Below is a list of frequently asked questions and answers regarding CPM Solutions eLearning courses. If you do not find the answer you are looking for here, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Once your 60 days of access is over, you will no longer be able to view the eLearning course modules. To renew or extend your membership, please feel free to contact us.

Upon completing an eLearning course, you will receive your CPM Solutions Course Certificate as proof of having taken the course.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include all applicable taxes.

If for any reason you have changed your mind about enrolling in an eLearning course, we would be glad to give you a refund provided that you have not logged in to access any of the modules.

Our eLearning courses require Adobe Flash Player v7 or newer to be installed on your computer. If the modules do not display for you, you may not have Adobe Flash installed. You may download it for free here.  The installation is simple, safe and takes just a few moments to complete.

The only hardware requirements are those necessary to run Adobe Flash Player v7. These are: Intel Pentium II 450MHz or faster processor (or equivalent) and 128 MB of RAM.

Our eLearning courses are designed to work on both PC and Mac. However, your browser must be capable of running Adobe Flash Player v7 or later. This includes IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and other popular internet browsers.

When viewing a course lesson, ensure that the browser is selected by clicking somewhere away from the flash video. Then press, F11 on your keyboard to set your browser to Full Screen mode, which makes for better viewing.  Pressing F11 again will return your browser to its normal view.
