Can I import a P6.2 .xer file into P6.0?
The answer is yes, here is the trick:
1. Using Windows File Explorer, right click your P6.2 .xer file. Select "Open With" from the menu, and select "Notepad" to open the file in the Notepad editor.
2. After you open the .xer file Notepad, browse the file until see the text "ERMHDR 6.2.0 ". Change "6.2.0" to "6.0.0", save the file and exit notepad.
3. Try importing file again into a P6.0 database.
