CPM Consultant Awarded BCHydro's "Time is Ticking" Honours

CPM Consultant Madhi Beheshtian was awarded BC Hydro's "Time is Ticking Award" this month.  The honour, given on a monthly basis, recognizes Madhi's contribution toward schedule savings for the Revelstoke Unit 5 team.

Madhi is a Planning & Scheduling Consultant with CPM Solutions and has been working with BC Hydro for much of this year.

Effective September 1, 2009, Michael Dunn joined CPM Solutions as the Director of Consulting Services.

Michael brings to CPM Solutions his vast expertise in construction project management and his wealth of experience in management consulting roles primarily for large players in the Oil & Gas industry.  Among his many credentials, Michael holds an MBA from Derby Buxton University in the UK, a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich Executive Education Center and a PMP (Project Management Professional) designation from PMI.

CPM Announces Agreement With Rio Tinto

CPM Solutions Ltd. announces that it has signed a three year agreement with Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc., a member of the Rio Tinto Group, to provide on-going Oracle-Primavera P6 enterprise-wide project management software implementation, training and support consulting services.  Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc. uses Primavera P6 software to help manage projects at many sites around the world.  Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc. decided to move from many distributed implementations of P6 to a single centralized installation and database.

The consequences of this accident included two fatalities, eight serious injuries and the loss of gas supply to the state of Victoria (4.5 Million people) for upwards of ten days.
